We specialise in ensuring that businesses make controlled and truly beneficial change but more importantly, we help to maximise and sustain those benefits for long term gain.   our mission   a little background Back in 1998 Mike Hesketh and Samantha Wakefield decided that the world needed a new kind of consultancy. They schemed and plotted for over two years doing the research needed to set up the business, further honing the necessary skills to deliver the kind of consultancy they believed to be the future. This resulted in their exploration of new challenges including working together in the new media industry, dabbling in the world of HR consultancy and mastering the finer points of conducting business in Finland. In November 2000 they formed a limited company, Corporate Chameleon, to bring their unique blend of consultancy and customer service to their customers. Since then they have enjoyed working with such clients as Telewest and Royal Bank of Scotland, on projects ranging from major change initiatives throughout high profile call centres, through to business-critical IT programmes. read about our values
