Michael Hesketh - Technical Director & Principal Consultant

Michael is a "heavyweight" change/programme manager who has worked at all levels of major UK and International blue-chip companies including Main Board and CEO. Concentrating on a practical, common sense approach he brings a fresh approach to change and its implementation.

Having worked in the Change Management industry for almost 13 years, along with the "obligatory" university degree, Michael also holds industry specific qualifications such as the APM's Professional qualificiation and the PRINCE2 extension, Managing Successful Programmes (Foundation & Practitioner). Practical experience, he believes, underpins the exemplary results he has achieved in theory-based exams.

His style of consultancy, built on partnership, trust and value, forms the heart of the Corporate Chameleon approach. It's no coincidence that many of his customers are also long term friends who have come to respect his matter-of-fact approach to business change in programmes ranging from £50K to £24m. These have been completed in a wide variety of industrial sectors including Communications, Manufacturing, Telecom, Service, New Media and IT. Samantha Wakefield - Commercial Director & Account Management

Having managed the complexities of a varied portfolio of clients, Samantha's main raison d'etre is to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure added value to every contract committed to.

As a Member of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management, Samantha takes great pride in ensuring that Corporate Chameleon provide a first class service to its' customers. Day to day management of the customer / supplier relationship, including contracts, resourcing, problem solving, billing and any other non-project matters are efficiently dealt with, leaving the consultants to spend 100% of their time on achieving the objectives set for them. Samantha is also (rather charitably she believes) responsible for organising those all important client lunches and that special corporate hospitality that is so vital for enhancing business relationships.
